This review is far overdue—Atlanta Metro Roofing replaced our roof in July 2023, and I truly should have written this much, much sooner. Shari and her team were outstanding from beginning to end. They offered competitive pricing without ever compromising on quality or attention to detail. It was clear from our first interaction that we were working with people who took real pride in their work. What stood out most was their professionalism and the care they brought to every phase of the process. Shari and Brett, in particular, were incredibly thorough and attentive—nothing slipped through the cracks. It’s not common to come across contractors who are this reliable, responsive, and meticulous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re still grateful we chose them.

You have all heard someone say “never have I ever,” but I’m being very honest! Never have I ever left a review on Google! This is my first. We chose Atlanta Metro Roofing over several others, because of the lower price, but in working with Shari, the owner, I would have paid the highest price! She made the process painless from beginning to end. Also, after the roof was finished she had someone come to clean the pool that had a small amount of roofing debris in it. Every detail of the project was taken care of. I know the roof won’t be replaced again by me (I’m too old) but if I did have to, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Atlanta Metro Roofing. Top quality roofing was used and it looks great! I highly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing.

They did a great job with a couple of roof repairs we needed while getting ready to sell our home. All staff was polite and professional and very helpful. We got a couple of quotes and they were very competitive priced as well. Highly recommend!

Great service! AMR "discovered" and replaced a torn protective boot for a bathroom vent pipe which caused a roof leak and after assuring the leak was repaired, repainted the bathroom ceiling. Any roof work can be perilous. This was NOT by any means a DIY job!!!

Atlanta Metro Roofing did an inspection of our roof which turned up a small issue. I was fully expecting that they would respond and say the didn't do jobs that small. As it turns out, though, Shari quoted me a price ( which I thought was more than fair ), scheduled the work, and a crew showed up on time and completed the repair quickly. I could not be more satisfied with their customer service and work! Thanks Shari! When anyone asks me for a roofing company referral... Atlanta Metro Roofing will be my recommendation!

Wow! This is a top notch company. From the start, while talking to Brett, I never had any mishaps of communication or service. Leo and his team were amazing. The whole process was great and all options were presented to us for roofing. We decided to go with a cedar shake roof. It is labor intensive but the team did an awesome job. They even took care of our large shed and replaced the cupola when it arrived. They have a gutter crew they use and they also replaced all of the gutters and downspouts. Tom was a pleasure to see when he came out to the house for inspections. I will send anyone their way for roofing needs. The whole job turned out beautiful!

I was very impressed with this company. Atlanta Metro Roofing responded immediately to my request for an inspection. The inspector arrived on time (in fact early) and went right to work surveying my damage. Shari, the company owner, was extremely helpful in helping us determine the most economical route to take in repairing our damage. The actual work took only one day. The workers showed up on time and worked steadily until the job was completed and the clean-up was done. I highly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing for any work your house may require based upon my personal experience with them.
