I recommend AMR. If it wasn’t for Shari’s commitment to guide me through the insurance process, I wouldn’t have a successful claim. The first roofing company I contacted met with my Insurer and I was only approved for a few shingles. I contacted AMR for an estimate and informed them I already had a denied claim. AMR assessed my roof and concluded I had substantial damage. After a re-inspect with AMR and my Insurer, I was approved for the entire roof.

Shari is the most responsive roofer I have had the pleasure of working with. She is fast with getting the work done, and all of my clients have been very satisfied with the quality and pricing for their roofs. Highly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing.

I have to say i was royally impressed with the service of Atlant Metro Roofing (AMR). After a tornado touched down in my area, we had several roofing companies soliciting for business. I researched AMR with the BBB and web, and liked their reviews. From begging to end they were very professional, honest and forthright about what they could do. They were also patient being that my insurance company wasn’t the best with follow up. Shari was always available and assisted me with choosing the titles that best fit the color of my house. The on site team worked diligently even through off and on rain. They left my property just as clean as it was when they arrived. My roof is beautiful!! I am so glad I chose AMR. I would recommend them to everyone I know. You can’t go wrong!

My experience working with Atlanta Metro Roofing was excellent and exceeded my expectations. My neighbor used their services for their new roof in 2017. We needed a roof replacement and they were one of five companies that I evaluated for price, reliability, and product quality. My first phone call to Atlanta Metro Roofing was returned the same day by Brett Zippay and two days later the company's roof inspector (Sean) came to our home to evaluate the condition of a roof. It was time for replacement of the roof, and they provided a quote. (Unfortunately, our roof sustained shingle damage from Hurricane Irma's high winds in 2017, and Allstate rejected a claim to provide new roof). June 2018, I completed due diligence of AMR by contacting several referrals, drove to see other homes who had their roof replaced by AMR, and studied the information online through Angie's List, BBB, Google, NextDoor etc. Their quote was comprehensive, covered more items than their competitors and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Their price wasn't the least expensive of the five companies that I studied, but they were the easiest to work with, most responsive and most professional. The owner, Shari Zippay, was also involved in the process and answered all my questions. The entire process was fast, from my first call on June 12 to install July 6. The day the roof was installed, Leo, Crew Foreman, and the entire installation team were professional, cleaned up the yard thoroughly afterward, and did a terrific job, despite the hot July weather. Leo returned to our home on July 12, when I requested the flashing material be repainted Pewter Gray, instead of the standard black...he could not have been nicer. The roof truly looks gorgeous, the color looks beautiful with the brick and trim and we are very pleased with the GAF Architectural Shingles in Pewter Gray. Sean Munoz a representative for Atlanta Metro Roofing was exceptional. He was professional courteous and on time. He took the time to explain the process and answered all of our questions. My wife and I were very pleased with the finished product.

Many companies claim to stand by their work, but you'll never be certain unless you have an issue. Sherri and team deliver. We had a new roof installed and then had a minor issue with some flashing. AMR came back quickly and addressed the issue. They also took care of touching up the paint in our garage which had minor damage. I would highly recommend them.

I have posted before and recommended Atlanta Metro Roofing but I have even more reason to promote AMR now. Firstly, when a woman owns a roofing company, it is always going to be better organized and better service. From the first contact with Shari Zippay 4 or so years ago i knew I could trust AMR. I got several quotes but AMR was based locally, responded almost immediately and gave me advice on warranty and other items that I never sought (without trying to charge me extra). I had a slight leak last week (at a boot on the roof). I called AMR, as expected, no issue. Sent out an inspector next day. It was repaired the following day. They painted inside where the drip had been, they noticed some rusted nails that they also replaced on the roof and check and reinforced the other roof boots.....NO CHARGE. I have recommended AMR to several people and am happy to do so.

These folks are amazing! They recently came to my house to replace a leaking stack boot and the decking around it. After we agreed on the cost, they found another leak and included it in the original quote. The shingles they found to match my 10 year old roof were perfect. 100% cleanup, very professional, very knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommended!

I have been using Metro Roofing for many years for roof repairs and they always fixed it correctly the first time and had a quick response time. I also recently replaced my entire roof through them at a competitive price. Shari, the owner, walked me through the process and made it stress-free.

A storm dropped a couple of huge tree limbs on our roof. I called Atantla Metro and within 5 hours they had a crew tarping the roof off. 9 days later there was completely replaced and gutters repaired. Interior water damage to drywall was also repaired. It was a big project and the small issues that came up were resolved in a timely manner. Sherri is a very good communicator at the central office coordinating with the insurance company, the workers on site, and myself. Highly recommend.

We hired AMR to fix leaks around our chimneys and was pleased with their team. The support staff was very responsive and the person, Leo, that they sent to scope the job was also the one that did the work. Leo did a great job.

Atlanta Metro Roofing completed a roofing project at my home recently. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Members of the team assessed and evaluated the work from beginning to the end of the project which required some drywalling, molding replacement and painting on the inside of the house. The field manager and Atlanta Metro Roofing office personnel kept me informed of details, dates and times when workers would arrived and their job description. Shari, the manager, was very responsive. She was quick to return calls and emails and laid out clear expectations for the project. Also, the crew was able to finish my roof in a day with the exception of the chimney pan which took longer to prepare. We very much enjoyed working with them!

We hired Atlanta Metro Roofing for a roof leak in our front facade. It was bit difficult to fix because of the rock siding. Shari and Leo team resolved the issue beyond my satisfaction. It has been more than 3 months and there are no leaks so far and it is air tight even with heavy rains. It was a pleasure working with Shari and she takes genuine interest in our problems. She is humble, down to earth and they don’t gouge on prices and are very reasonable. I would also say that the initial team of contractors who came to fix the issue (without Leo) left me with few concerns. I discussed with Shari and she immediately dispatched Leo and he addressed all my concerns to my fullest satisfaction and I am very, very happy with the work done. Called Atlanta Metro Roofing to get an inspection on my roof after some wind storms in my area, spoke to Shari and she immediately got the ball rolling. She explained the process step by step, and as soon as we could get the weather to cooperate,the job was completed and we were satisfied and impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work. Company (Shari) was able to send someone to inspect a roof leak same day as called. Leo came to inspect roof— he found the problem quickly, explained the issue, and put in a temporary fix. He came back four days later as promised with materials for the full repair. Great communication, professional and courteous service all around.
